Overview
AMITTARI FG-104G Feed grain hardness gauge is a Portable instrument for the measurement of hardness of feed particles, grains, etc. It has the advantages of High Accuracy, easy operation, easy to carry, etc. The scientific use test range is 10% to 100% of the full scale.

Principle
Sensors measure the force applied to a feed pellet or grain sample and convert it into an electrical signal. After the signal is processed, it is displayed digitally on the LCD screen, optionally displaying peak or instantaneous values, thus enabling quantitative determination of sample hardness.

Steps
1. Place the instrument and the test object in place.
2. Before starting the test, press the ZERO key to clear to eliminate the weight of the fixture.
3. Conduct the test and the instrument will display the measurement value (peak or instantaneous value).
Notice
Scientific use of the test range of 10% to 100% of full scale, Measurement Department recommends not to use less than 1% of full scale.
The allowable load of the instrument is 150% F.s. If it exceeds 110% F.s, there will be a beep alarm. Please do not overload it for a long time.
* The working environment should meet: temperature 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, humidity < 80%, no seismic source and corrosive medium around.
Please ensure that the power supply (2 AA batteries or 5V DC power supply) meets the requirements.
