Overview
The JFL XYM-Zφ 22 tablet press die is an important accessory for Powder Tablet Press and belongs to the series of cylindrical suction vacuum chucks. This series contains a variety of specifications for pressing cylindrical sample pieces of different sizes, of which the φ 22 specification is suitable for sample preparation of specific sizes.
Features
1. The tablet mass can reach the level of imported similar molds.
2. Made of different alloy tool steels, suitable for different applications.
3. It has the characteristics of high Hardness, good toughness, high accuracy, high Glossiness and long life.
4. The pressed sample is uniform, with high surface finish and no burr.
Principle
The mold is the core molding component of Powder Tablet Press. By filling the mold cavity with powder material, under the pressure applied by the tablet press, the material is compressed and molded, and finally demoulded to obtain a tablet sample of a specific shape and size (such as φ 22 cylindrical).
Applications
Infrared Light spectrum experiment, powder sample prepative, material forming
Steps
1. Select a mold of the appropriate specification (e.g., φ 22) according to the sample requirements.
2. Clean the mold to ensure that there is no residue in the cavity.
3. Fill an appropriate amount of powder material into the mold cavity.
4. Install the die on the tablet press and fix it.
5. Start the tablet press and apply the set pressure to press.
6. After the pressing is completed, operate the tablet press to demould and remove the pressed sample.
7. Clean the mold for next use.
Notice
Please read the instructions for use of the tablet press and mold carefully before use.
Select the appropriate mold material and specification according to the characteristics of the material to be pressed.
Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid damage to equipment or molds due to excessive pressure.
* Keep the mold clean to prevent cross contamination from affecting the sample mass.
* Regularly check the abrasion of the mold and replace it in time to ensure the mass of the tablet.
