The coating speed is precisely controlled by the stepless variable speed system to ensure the uniformity and accuracy of the Spreader.

1. Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz) and the air source (0.6Mpa, φ 8 trachea) 2. Place the substrate on the Spreader table and start the Vacuum chuck system to fix 3. Select the bar or Blade Coating method according to your needs, and set the Spreader thickness and rate 4. Start the automatic feeding system, adjust the air pressure and discharge port speed to control the discharge volume 5. Start the Spreader process and monitor Spreader uniformity and accuracy 6. After the Spreader is completed, shut down the system and clean the equipment
