Overview
TAISITE SH-2 Magnetic Stirrer is a device designed for mixing and mixing in the laboratory. It uses an all-aluminum pull-up heating plate, which conducts heat quickly and evenly distributes temperature. It is equipped with a powerful motor and an ultra-strong magnetic pole to effectively stir the Tack material and prevent the stirrer from jumping.
Features
1. All-aluminum pulling heating plate, surface anti-corrosion treatment, rapid heat conduction, uniform temperature distribution.
2. Powerful motor, can be used to stir Tack material.
3. Super strong magnetic pole, strong magnetic, can effectively prevent the stirrer from jumping.
4. Tilt fully enclosed control panel to prevent overflow of liquid erosion Control system.
Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer drives the internal magnet swirl/spin through the motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the stirrer placed at the bottom of the container and containing magnetic materials to swirl/spin synchronously, so as to realize the stirring and mixing of the liquid in the container. The heating plate can provide auxiliary heating function.
Applications
Laboratory, chemical analysis, sample prepative, teaching and research
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable table and turn on the power supply.
2. Place the container containing the liquid to be stirred in the center of the heating pan.
3. According to the size of the container and the nature of the liquid, choose the appropriate stirrer and place it at the bottom of the container.
4. Adjust the stirring speed through the knob on the control panel.
5. After use, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed on a smooth, drying countertop for use.
• Stirrer should be correctly placed in the center of the bottom of the container to ensure stirring effect and Stability.
• Avoid touching the heating plate when the equipment is working or just stops heating to prevent burns.
• Prevent large amounts of liquid from spilling into the control panel area.
Do not exceed the equipment's nominal maximum mixing capacity (500ml) and tray load (3kg).
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning and avoid using corrosion cleaners.
• Please use a power supply that meets the specifications (AC220V/0.9A 50/60Hz).
