Overview
JFL XYM-Zφ 11.5 is a cylindrical vacuum suction cup Powder Tablet Press mold, which belongs to the XYM-Z series of products. The series contains thirteen specifications from φ 3 to φ 25, which are used to press cylindrical samples of different sizes, of which the φ 13 specification is often used for infrared Light spectrum experiments. This mold is an important accessory of JFL Powder Tablet Press, and samples of different shapes and specifications can be pressed by changing the mold.

Principle
As the core forming part of the Powder Tablet Press, the cylindrical cavity is combined with the vacuum suction cup design. With the help of the vacuum suction cup, the air is discharged, so that the powder is compacted and shaped into a cylindrical sample of a specific specification (such as φ 11.5).
