LS177 large aperture color reader is a professional color measuring instrument of LINSHANG brand. It adopts D/8 lighting mode and is equipped with a large test aperture of 50mm. It is specially designed for Color and color difference measurement of non-transparent materials such as powders and particles. The instrument provides a variety of Color spaces and parameters, and can display Light spectrum reflectance Linear dispersion, which is widely used in Color management and quality control in coatings, plastics, food, pharmaceuticals and other industries.

Principle
The LS177 color reader uses D/8 illumination geometry and includes specular reflected light (SCI). The instrument uses a full-light spectrum LED Illuminant to illuminate the measured object, and the wavelength range of light rays is 400-700nm. The Sensor receives the light spectrum information reflected by the object. Through analysis and calculation, under the standard illuminant D65 and 10 ° field of view conditions, the color coordinates, color difference values and Light spectrum reflectance Linear dispersion of the sample are obtained.

Steps
1. Preheat the instrument.
2. Make corrections.
3. Align the instrument measurement port with the tested sample.
4. Trigger the measurement and read the data after about 1.5 seconds.
5. View, analyze, or export Color data through Touchscreen or accompanying software.

• Please use the instrument within the operating temperature range (0~ 45 ° C) and humidity conditions (≤ 85% RH, no condensation).
• When storing, Ambient Temperature should be -25~ 55 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% RH (no condensation).
• Ensure that the instrument has been preheated and calibrated before measurement to ensure data accuracy.
• Keep the measurement port and standard whiteboard clean to avoid contamination affecting the measurement results.
• The power supply voltage range of the instrument is 100~ 277V, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
