Overview
The JFL XYM-Zφ 6 tablet press die is a cylindrical suction vacuum suction cup accessory specially designed for Powder Tablet Press. It belongs to the XYM-Z series. The series offers thirteen specifications from φ 3 to φ 25, of which the φ 6 specification is used to press cylindrical sample pieces with a diameter of 6 mm. The die is made of alloy tool steel, which is designed to meet the needs of different experiments for sample shape and specification.

Principle
As the core part of Powder Tablet Press, the mold compacts the powder material in the mold when the pressure is applied by the tablet press through its cylindrical cavity and vacuum suction cup structure to form a cylindrical tablet sample of specific specifications.

Steps
1. Select the corresponding mold (e.g., φ 6) according to the required sample specifications.
2. Install the mold onto the powder tablet press.
3. Fill the powder to be pressed into the mold cavity.
4. Operate the tablet press for pressing.
5. Remove the pressed sample sheet.
