Principle
The instrument uses a High Accuracy filter system with narrow-band interference technology to effectively avoid stray light interference and ensure test data stability and Measurement accuracy. The user selects the corresponding prefabricated Reagent according to the item to be tested, and performs Colorimetric through Cuvette or Colorimetric tube. The instrument directly reads and calculates the concentration value of the water sample to be measured according to the built-in or self-built calibration Linear dispersion.
Applications
Water quality testing, environment monitoring, wastewater treatment, industrial process control, laboratory analysis
Standards
The testing items are based on national industry standards.
Steps
1. According to the item to be tested, select the corresponding Lab-yy prefabricated Reagent.
2. According to the water sample requirements, choose Cuvette or Colorimetric tube as the Colorimetric method.
3. Mix the water sample with the Reagent according to the instrument prompts or Reagent instructions.
4. Place the reacted sample into the detection position of the instrument.
5. Select the corresponding detection item or Linear dispersion on the Touchscreen.
6. Start the measurement and the instrument will display the concentration reading directly.
7. After the measurement is completed, the data can be automatically stored and optionally printed through the Built-in Printer or exported through the USB interface.
Notice
* Please select the appropriate prefabricated Reagent and Colorimetric method according to the parameters to be tested.
* Make sure the instrument is stable before use and follow the operating instructions for calibrating or Linear dispersion confirmation.
* Cuvette or Colorimetric tubes should be kept clean before and after use to avoid contamination affecting the measurement results.
* The instrument should be placed in a stable, drying, no strong electromagnetic interference environment.
When exporting data, ensure that the storage device format is compatible and the connection is stable.
Do not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the instrument without authorization.
* Reagents and samples should be disposed of in accordance with relevant environmental regulations.
