Principle
The testing machine is mainly composed of a frame, an oil tank, an electric heating tube, a chill down tube, a sample bracket, a lifting mechanism, etc. The oil tank contains the heating medium methyl silicone oil, and the sample is placed on the sample rack. During the test, the medium is heated through an electric heating tube, the heating process is controlled by a computer, and the High Accuracy Displacement Sensor measures the deformation of the sample in real time. The software automatically calculates and obtains the Vicat softening point temperature or thermal deformation temperature of the material according to the setting program.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and place it on the specimen rack.
2. Add methyl silicone oil to the oil tank as a heating medium.
3. Set test parameters (e.g. heating rate) through computer software.
4. Start the equipment, the sample holder automatically lifts into the oil tank, and begins the heating test.
5. Software automatically controls the heating process and records deformation data.
6. After the test, the equipment is cooled down according to the settings (natural chill down above 150 ° C, water-cooled or natural chill down below 150 ° C can be selected).
7. Analyze data through software, obtain test results, and print temperature-deformation Linear dispersion and related parameters.
Notice
• The heating medium must use the specified methyl silicone oil.
• Note that the power requirements of the device are AC220V +/- 10% 20A 50Hz.
• Pay attention to high temperature during the test to prevent burns.
• When the equipment is chilled down, natural chilling down is used above 150 ° C, and Water-Cooled or natural chilling down can be selected according to needs below 150 ° C.
