Overview
The HuiNuo KTQ-50 Adjustable Producer is a film Applicator with adjustable film thickness. By adjusting the two scale differential heads above, the drawdown blade can be adjusted up and down to control the gap, so as to precisely control the Coating thickness. This model uses a scale differential head with a Graduation of 10 μm, a film range of 0 to 5000 μm, and an accuracy of +/- 5 μm. The frame is made of aluminum hard oxidation process, and the drawdown blade is made of die steel, which has high Hardness and Abrasion Resistance.

Principle
The adjustable fabricator drives the drawdown blade up and down in the vertical direction by adjusting the two differential heads above, thereby precisely changing the gap between the drawdown blade and the substrate. The size of this gap determines the thickness of the final coated wet-film.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Applicator model according to the required application width.
2. Adjust the drawdown blade to the target thickness position by swirling/spinning two scale differential heads.
3. Place the substrate to be coated flat.
4. Scrape the Applicator smoothly across the surface of the substrate to complete the wet-film preparatory.
5. Clean drawdown blades and racks after use.
Notice
• Adjust the differential head slowly and evenly to ensure accuracy.
• Keep the edge of the drawdown blade clean before and after use to avoid damage.
• Ensure that the surface of the substrate is flat during operation to obtain a uniform film.
Equipment is a precision instrument and should be handled with care to avoid collisions.
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to apply anti-rust oil and store it properly.
