Overview
HuiNuo KTQ series adjustable Film Applicator is a new generation of drawdown blade detachable Film Applicator developed. While meeting the principle of differential gap scraping, the magnetic drawdown blade design is adopted to solve the difficult cleaning problem caused by scraping of high viscosity and easy curing materials. This series of equipment provides a variety of application widths from 50mm to 600mm to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Principle

Steps
1, choose the appropriate application width
2, adjust the differential head to the desired film thickness
3, install magnetic drawdown blade
4. Perform scraping operation
5, remove drawdown blade for cleaning
