Overview
HuiNuo KTQ series adjustable Film Applicator is a new generation of drawdown blade detachable Film Applicator. It adopts magnetic suction drawdown blade design to solve the difficult cleaning problem of high viscosity and easy curing material scraping. The series provides a variety of application widths from 50mm to 600mm to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Principle
The device is based on the principle of differential gap scraping, and a uniform wet-film is formed by scraping on the substrate with an adjustable drawdown blade, and the magnetic attraction design is easy to disassemble and clean.

Steps
1. Install and adjust the drawdown blade to the required thickness
2. Place the material on the substrate
3. Smooth scraping to form wet-film
4, remove drawdown blade for cleaning
