Overview
HuiNuo KTQ series adjustable Film Applicator is a new generation of drawdown blade detachable Film Applicator. It adopts magnetic suction drawdown blade design to solve the difficult cleaning problem caused by scraping of high viscosity and easy curing materials. The series provides a variety of application widths from 50mm to 600mm to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Principle

Steps
1. Install and adjust the drawdown blade to the required thickness
2. Place the material on the substrate
3. Use Applicator for scraping operation
4. After completion, remove the drawdown blade for cleaning
