LEEB LBTQ904 surface roughness instrument is a new intelligent instrument dedicated to the measurement of surface roughness of machined parts. Principle
When the Sensor moves along the measured surface at a uniform speed in a straight line under the driving mechanism, the stylus perpendicular to the working surface inside it displaces vertically with the microscopic uneven profile of the working surface. The Sensor converts the displacement change into an electrical signal, which is amplified and filtered, converted into a digital signal through A/D, and then calculated by the DSP processor, and finally obtains and displays the asperity parameter values such as Ra, Rz, Rq, and Rt.
