Principle
The Stirrer is magnetically coupled to drive the stirrer to swirl/spin in the container to achieve uniform stirring. The heating system provides heat through the heat collector plate and supports dry burning, oil bath and water bath methods. The temperature control system uses a PID algorithm to monitor and adjust the Heating power through a temperature sensor to ensure that the temperature is stable at the set value.

Steps
1. Check whether the random accessories are complete, install the fixture and plug in the temperature control Probe.
2. Place the experimental solution in a beaker or flask, put in a stirrer, and place it in the center of the heat collecting plate
3. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light is on to indicate that the power is connected.
4. Adjust the speed knob to select the desired stirring speed from left to right, and do not allow high-speed direct start
5. If thermostatic heating is required, turn on the heating switch
6. Set the temperature: Press the SET key to enter the setting mode, and press the SET key to exit after adjusting the setting value
7. Adjust parameters: Press and hold the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the internal parameter settings, and adjust Lck, Sc, E, P, c, AL, TI and other parameters in turn
8. Timing settings: Press the shift button to turn on the timing in working state, and press and hold for three seconds to enter the timing setting mode
9. PID self-tuning: In working state, press and hold the down button for more than 6 seconds to start the self-tuning mode
Notice
- It is not allowed to start directly at high speed, so as not to cause the stirrer to jump out of sync
- When setting internal parameters, you need to adjust the Lck to 106 to enter the parameter setting, otherwise it will exit
- Enter breakpoint control mode when parameter P is set to 0, and the system PID is invalid
- Parameter c is a reserved parameter for the system, please do not adjust it
- The ALM light flashes in self-tuning mode, press and hold the down button for more than 6 seconds to exit the self-tuning.
- Make sure the power supply is single-phase AC 220V +/- 10V 50HZ before use
