Overview
GTQ-DX401-PH3 phosphating hydrogen gas detector is an intelligent detection equipment of BOSEAN brand, which adopts advanced integrated circuit and intelligent technology design. The detector adopts natural diffusion sampling and uses high-quality gas Sensor module, which has good Sensitivity and repeability, easy maintenance, and can meet the requirements of high reliability and safety detection in industrial sites.
Features
1. Adopt a user-friendly GUI operation interface.
2. Equipped with color LCD display.
3. Adopt advanced micro-power technology Sensor.
4. With LCD on-site real-time display of gas concentration function.
5. Provide standard RS485 output interface.
6. Equipped with indicator lights to indicate the working status (normal, low alarm, high alarm, fault).
7. The detector shell has been inspected by the state-designated explosion-proof product inspection unit and obtained the explosion-proof certificate.
Principle
The detector adopts natural diffusion method for gas sampling. The sensitive component is a high-quality gas Sensor module. When the phosphating hydrogen gas in the environment diffuses to the Sensor, the Sensor will generate corresponding electrical signal changes. After processing by the internal circuit, the concentration value is displayed on the LCD screen, and the sound and light alarm and relay output signal are triggered when the concentration exceeds the standard.
Applications
Petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, smelting, refining, agriculture, scientific research, universities
