Principle
The device Spreader the coil substrate by means of double roller painting film. When working, the substrate is drawn out from the discharge rack, and the double-top coating film is completed through the coating roller group, and then enters the drying tunnel for drying. The dried material is smoothly transferred to the bonding station on the transmission platform, and the material is aligned by the deviation correction device. Finally, it is pulled by the traction roller group to complete the Spreader and composite process, and is wound by the winding device.

Steps
1. Place the substrate on the discharge rack.
2. Manually pull the substrate between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller.
3. Tighten the handwheel on the rack so that the rubber ring of the upper roller of the traction roller comes into contact with the lower roller.
4. Start the equipment, and the traction roller group pulls the substrate through the power transmission to start the Spreader work.
5. Set the required Spreader width and Film thickness through the glue width adjustment device and the Film thickness adjustment dial table (thousands of points).
6. The equipment automatically completes the film, drying, bonding, deviation correction and winding processes.
