Overview

Principle

The instrument is mainly composed of two parts: pressing frame and demoulding. When testing, first place the pressing roller handle and the pressing frame at the back end of the supporting film to expose the supporting film. Insert the sample into a small groove at the back end of the supporting film, and press one end of the sample plate with the eccentric shaft of the pressing handle. Then move down the pressing frame, and make the sample plate bend and deform evenly along the surface of the supporting film through the rolling shaft on it until the pressing frame arrives at the location of Xiao. Finally observe the physical changes on the surface of the putty film of the sample plate.

Steps

Remove the pressing frame, and bend and deform the sample plate evenly along the surface of the supporting film through the rolling shaft on the pressing frame until the pressing frame arrives at the location. 5. Observe the physical changes on the surface of the sample putty film.
