Overview
DM-III Putty Sandability Tester is a new type of instrument designed and manufactured by HuiNuo brand according to GB/T1770-2008 national standard, which is mainly used to evaluate the sanding performance of undercoating and putty.
Features

Principle
The instrument drives the sanding head equipped with sanding paper through the motor, and reciprocates the friction movement on the surface of the sample adsorbed on the permanent magnet chuck. The sanding load can be adjusted by setting the number of friction times and optional additional weight to simulate the actual sanding process to evaluate the sanding resistance of the sample.

Steps
1, clockwise swirl/spin hexagonal wrench on the side of the permanent magnet chuck, the coated sample and dried 50 × 120mm bayonet iron plate placed in the center of the chuck, counterclockwise swirl/spin hexagonal wrench adsorption sample.
2. Fix the 60 × 120mm metallographic sandpaper on the sanding head, tighten the lock nut, and then put the sanding head on the swing arm. If you need to increase the load, you can place the additional weight on the sanding head.
3. Turn on the power switch, the machine starts to work, and automatically stops after reaching a predetermined number of times. Remove the sample with a clockwise swirl/spin inner hex wrench for observation.
4. If the machine needs to be shut down during operation, you can directly turn off the power switch; to continue working, turn on the power switch.
5. After the machine automatically stops, press the "Clear (R) " button on the counter to run the machine again.
Notice
• When the sample and sandpaper are not installed, it is strictly forbidden to start the machine.
• Power should be cut off as soon as possible after the test.
