Overview
The HuiNuo BZT non-stick tire time tester is a professional testing instrument, mainly used to determine the "non-stick tire drying time" of normal temperature and heated road marking paints according to GA/T298-2001 "road marking paints" standard. The instrument accurately evaluates the coating surface drying performance by simulating the tire rolling process.
Features
Professional, designed in strict accordance with GA/T298-2001 standards.
The core component tire size is accurate, measuring 241 +/- 6mm.
3. The design of the instrument's own weight is reasonable, with a weight of 15.8 +/- 0.2kg, ensuring stable pressure during testing.
Principle
The instrument rolls at a uniform speed through a standard-sized tire on a test plate coated with a specified thickness of wet paint film. By observing whether the surface of the tire is coated with paint, it is determined whether the paint has reached a surface dry state. The time elapsed from the Spreader to the time when the tire is rolled without paint is the "non-stick time".
Applications
Production and quality control of road marking paints, traffic engineering testing, coating performance research
Steps
1. Preparative sample: Spreader the coating on the specified size Glass sheet to form a strip coating with a width of 80mm and a wet-film thickness of 200um +/- 20um.
2. Start Timing: Start stopwatch immediately after Spreader.
3. Initial test: After 10 minutes, hold the instrument handle and roll the tire from the center of the short side of the test plate to the other end at a uniform speed for 1 second.
4. Observation and cleaning: Immediately observe whether the tire is stained with paint. If stained with paint, wipe the tire with a cotton cloth moist with acetone or methyl ethyl ketone.
5. Sexual repeability test: Every 30 seconds thereafter, the sexual repeability is scrolled and observed in steps 3 and 4.
6. Termination timing: When the tire is not painted after rolling, stop the stopwatch, and the recorded time is the "non-stick tire time" of the sample.
Notice
* Sample preparation should be strictly in accordance with standard requirements to ensure accurate Spreader size and wet film thickness.
* The test start time is immediately after the Spreader is completed, and the timing needs to be accurate.
The rolling operation should be maintained at a constant speed, with a rolling time of approximately 1 second.
* After each test, if the tire is painted, the surface of the tire must be thoroughly cleaned with a specified solvent (such as acetone or methyl ethyl ketone) to avoid affecting the results of the next test.
The test interval should be strictly controlled at 30 seconds until it reaches the non-stick state.
* When operating, pay attention to safety, avoid contact with solvents, and ventilate well.
