Overview
JM-V type paint film abrasion instrument is manufactured with reference to GB/T1768-2006 paint film wear resistance performance test parameters, and at the same time takes into account the test parameters of GB/T17657 on wood wear resistance performance, providing a multi-purpose wear resistance performance test method. It is suitable for laboratory testing the wear resistance performance of various coatings, and can also be used for paper, plastic, Spinning & weaving products, decorative boards, etc. The instrument adopts stepper motor drive, programmable control, LCD display parameters and status, simple operation, reliable performance, flexible and convenient use.
Features
1. Made with reference to GB/T1768-2006 and other standards, taking into account the wood wear resistance test parameters, it is widely used.
2. Stepper motor drive is used to avoid the influence of grid voltage fluctuations, Rotation speed is stable, and the test results are more comparable.
3. Programmable control, users can modify programming parameters according to special needs (such as abrasive wheels Rotation speed).
4. The LCD screen displays the working parameters and operating status of the instrument in real time, making the operation intuitive.
5. According to different test sample requirements, the abrasive wheels of different materials can be replaced.
6. Reliable performance, simple operation, flexible and convenient use.
Principle
The abrasion instrument contacts two abrasion abrasive wheels at a predetermined distance with the specimen template mounted on the horizontal turntable, and makes the central axis of the two abrasive wheels and the central axis of the turntable not in the same plane. When the turntable swirls/spins, the left abrasive wheels generate friction from the outside to the center of the sample, and the right abrasive wheels generate friction from the center of the sample to the outside, thereby forming a series of mesh-intersecting circular friction marks on the surface of the sample. This arrangement causes friction in all directions of the sample surface, avoids the directional defect of one-way friction, and makes the abrasion evaluation more objective.
Applications
Laboratory testing wear resistance performance of various coatings (such as deck paint, floor paint, road paint, etc.), paper, plastic, Spinning & weaving products, decorative panels, etc
Standards
GB/T1768-2006、GB/T15036.2、GB/T15102、GB/T18102、GB/T4893.8、ISO7784.2
Steps
1. According to the test standards and requirements, select the appropriate abrasive wheels and load weight.
2. Install and fix the specimen sample on the horizontal turntable of the instrument.
3. Set the required test parameters (such as turntable Rotation speed) through the programmable controller.
4. Start the instrument, the stepper motor drives the turntable and abrasive wheels to start the friction test.
5. Monitor the working parameters and operating status of the instrument through the LCD screen.
6. After the test is completed, remove the specimen sample for abrasion evaluation.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench to ensure that there is no shaking during the test.
* According to different test sample requirements, choose the appropriate abrasive wheels material.
* When installing the sample and abrasive wheels, ensure that the position is correct and firmly fixed.
* Regularly check the abrasion of abrasive wheels, and use a grinder for grinding if necessary.
* When using the load weight, it should be noted that the marked weight (such as 500g, 750g, 1000g) is the actual gravity applied to the surface of the specimen.
Please familiarize yourself with the relevant safety regulations and instrument instructions before operation.
* If the user has special test requirements (such as abrasive wheels Rotation speed), it needs to be explained when ordering or realized by modifying the programming parameters.
