Overview
HuiNuo QCJ-100 Paint Film Impact Tester is a special testing instrument designed according to GB1732-79 standard. It is used to measure the impact strength of the paint film by dropping heavy objects from a height to evaluate its impact resistance performance.

Principle
The instrument sets the height of the weight drop through the controller screw. When the controller screw is pressed, the internal spring compression aligns the controller slider, the round hole of the upper cover and the lower bottom, releases the hook, and the weight falls freely to hit the punch rod. The punch rod transmits the impact force to the surface of the sample paint film placed on the pillow pad block, and its impact strength is determined by observing the damage of the paint film.

Steps
1. Check and adjust before use: check whether the center of the punch rod is consistent with the center of the concave hole of the pillow pad block. If there is a deviation, the relevant screws can be adjusted; check the zero position of the positioning mark. If it does not coincide, the screws on both sides of the positioning mark can be adjusted.
2. Preparation of samples in accordance with product standards.
3. Place the sample paint film up close to the pillow pad concave hole, and the distance between the impact point and the sample edge or each impact point is not less than 15 mm.
4. Set the specified height through the controller screw, and press the control screw to make the weight fall freely on the Impact sample.
5. Lift the weight, remove the sample, and use a four-fold magnifying glass or eyesight (if allowed by the standard) to observe whether the paint film is crazing, wrinkling or flaking. If there is no damage, you can gradually increase the height (2~ 10 cm each time) of the repeability test until the paint film is damaged or can withstand the 50 cm height Impact. Each test needs to be carried out in a new part of the sample.
6. The impact strength of the paint film is expressed as the maximum height (cm) at which the paint film will not cause damage under the impact of a 1kg heavy hammer. If the strength value is specified in the standard, the heavy hammer can be directly dropped from this height.
7. According to the standard requirements, the reverse impact test can be carried out (the painted surface of the sample is placed down).
8. The difference between the two measurements should be within the range of +/- 1 centimeter.
9. It is recommended to carry out the test at a temperature of 25 +/- 1 ° C and a relative humidity below 70%.
Notice
• Be sure to calibrate the center alignment and zero position before the test.
• Sample preparation must strictly follow the relevant product standards.
• Impact point location must meet the distance requirements (not less than 15mm from the edge or between the points).
• When observing the damage of the paint film, use the specified observation tool (such as quadruple magnifying glass).
• In the sexual repeability test, a new part of the template needs to be used each time.
• The height adjustment should be carried out gradually, and the increment is recommended to be between 2 and 10 centimeters.
• Pay attention to distinguish between positive and negative impact test sample placement direction.
• Ensure that the difference between the two test results is within the allowable range (+/- 1 cm).
• Try to test in the standard recommended temperature Humidity environment (25 +/- 1 ° C, Humidity < 70%) to ensure the accuracy of the results.
