Overview
NWZ Stain Resistance Testing Machine is a professional equipment used by HuiNuo brand for laboratory evaluation of stain resistance performance of interior-wall coatings. The equipment is based on ASTM D4828 and GB/T9780-2013 standards. It scientifically evaluates the difficulty of film surface stain removal, that is, its stain resistance, by simulating the scruf process and comparing the reflection coefficient changes of the film before and after contamination. The machine is configured with a double grinding head component.

Principle
The working Principle of this equipment is to simulate the manual scrubbing process. Spreader stained and cured test plates are fixed on the working plate, and the specified absorbentcottonph gauze is fixed on the grinding head and a standard counterweight (total weight 1500 grams) is applied. After starting, the grinding head performs reciprocating scrubbing on the surface of the test plate at a set Frequency (37 +/- 2 times/min) and Travel (300mm). The stain resistance performance of the film surface is evaluated by Basis Weight by comparing the change of film reflection coefficient before and after scrubbing.

Steps
1. Fix the test plate: Put the test plate into the working plate, flatten it with a rectangular pressing frame, and then clamp the pressing frame with quick clamps on both sides to ensure that the test plate does not run in series.
2. Install the grinding head: Remove the grinding head, fix the absorbentcottonph gauze that meets the regulations on the grinding head, then put it into the grinding head frame of the beam, and add 500 grams of counterweight to make the total weight reach 1500 grams.
3. Setup and start: Turn on the power, and the counter displays "0". Press the preset button to set the required number of scruf times, and then press the start switch to start the test. The counter will automatically stop after counting to the set value.
4. Remove the judgment: After the test, remove the test board for performance evaluation.
5. Continue the test: To continue the test, you must first press the counter reset switch (RESET) to return the display to zero, and then press the start switch to restart the counting.
Notice
• When fixing the test plate, adjust the height of the rubber chuck according to the thickness of the test plate to ensure that the clamping is tight and the test plate cannot be strung during work.
• Grinding heads must use absorbentcottonph gauze that meets the regulations and ensure that the counterweight is installed in place so that the total weight is precisely 1500 grams.
• Before starting a new test, you must press the counter reset switch (RESET) to make the display return to zero, otherwise the device will not start.
When operating, please note that the power supply specification of the device is 220V and 50Hz.
• Device weight is about 40kg, so pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
