QWX stain resistance tester is designed and manufactured according to the relevant provisions of the relevant international coating stain resistance test methods, which is used to measure the stain resistance of various architectural exterior coating coatings. The tester is a washing device for coating stain resistance test, which needs to be used in conjunction with a reflectance instrument to measure the coating stain resistance.

Principle
The tester is a flushing device for coating stain resistance test. The switch of the solenoid valve is controlled by the time relay to realize the regular and Basis Weight water flow flushing of the test sample placed on the sample frame. The flushing process simulates the effect of pollutants being initialized by the water flow. After flushing, it is necessary to measure the change of the reflection coefficient of the sample with a reflectance instrument to evaluate the stain resistance performance of the coating.

Steps
1. Prepare before the test: Fix the water tank, ensure that the water pipe is basically vertical and the water outlet is 200mm away from the test plate, connect and fix the water pipe, bracket and overflow water pipe, connect the solenoid valve lead to the controller, and connect the 220V power supply (dial the switch B to the "pause" position before connecting).
2. Fill the water tank until the overflow stops, and place the sample on the sample rack.
3. Set the time relay (for example, adjust it to 1 minute), dial switch B to "pause", turn on the power switch C, and press the A key to "clear".
4. Turn switch B to "work", the solenoid valve is opened, and the timing and flushing start. At this time, the sample needs to be moved so that all parts can pass through the water flow point.
5. After one minute, the valve closes and the flushing stops. Turn switch B back to "pause", press the reset A button, and a test process is over.
6. Fill the water tank with water again and wait for the next test.
7. After washing, the drying of the sample, the determination of the reflection coefficient, the preparation of fly ash water, the parameters of fly ash and the production of the sample shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations.

• This device is a water and electricity combined product, and there must be no water leakage in the pipeline connection, otherwise it cannot be used.
• A leakage protection device is required at the power supply, and the power plug should be unplugged after use.
• It should be separated from wet and dry during operation. It is recommended to operate with two people: one person operates the controller, and the other person moves the sample for testing.
