Overview
HuiNuo QGZ-A Linear Drying time Recorder is a new type of instrument for measuring the drying time of paint films. It can automatically and continuously display the drying process of various coatings such as Paints and varnish from fluid to stable film in the form of drawing straight trajectories, and intuitively analyze the time used in each stage.

Principle
Put the prepared paint film test plate on the test plate tray. After turning on the power supply, the motor drives the scribe needle through the lead screw to make a uniform linear motion (the whole journey is 305mm). As the paint film gradually dries, the plow marks left by the scribe needle on the paint film become narrower and lighter from width to depth, until finally no traces can be drawn, thus showing the complete drying process.

Steps
1. Brush the sample evenly on the Glass plate and place it horizontally.
2. Put the prepared paint film test plate on the test plate tray of the instrument.
3. Connect the instrument power supply.
4. The motor drives the scribe needle to start a uniform linear motion, and automatically records the drying process.
Notice
• The test should be carried out in an environment that avoids airflow, no direct sunlight, temperature 25 +/- 1 ° C, relative humidity 65 +/- 5% (GB1727 standard).
• If there are specific regulations, the test will be carried out according to the specific conditions.
• The input voltage of the instrument is 220V 50HZ, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• Instrument measurement error of +/- 4%.
Each of the six trays corresponds to one time (6h, 12h, 24h).
