Overview
HuiNuo QFD electric film adhesion tester is a Benchtop instrument specially used to determine the adhesion ability of various films to the surface of the coated material.
Features
1. Adopt electric drive for easy operation.
2. The diameter of the drawing head can be adjusted within the range of 0 to 10.5mm.
3. Equipped with a special steel stylus as a rotary needle, it is recommended to replace it after 5 times to ensure Test accuracy.
4. Working Travel is not less than 80mm.
5. Provide a variety of specifications and weights (500g * 1, 200g * 2, 100g * 1) for loading.
6. The effective area of the workbench is 50 x 100mm, suitable for different size prototypes.
Principle
The instrument drives the drawing head (equipped with steel needles) to swirl/spin through the motor drive transmission system. During the test, the model coated with paint film is fixed on the workbench, and a weight load is applied to the steel needle to make a circular roller line engraved on the surface of the paint film. By observing and analyzing the integrity of the roller line pattern, the adhesion of the paint film to the substrate is judged. The instrument contains a piercing display circuit, which will indicate when the steel needle pierces the paint film.
Applications

Steps
1. Prepare the sample according to the requirements.
2. Check and replace the new steel needle, and adjust the needle tip to about 3mm away from the work surface.
3. Adjust the eccentric position of the needle tip according to the required drawing diameter and tighten it with screws.
4. Install the sample film face up on the table and press it, lift the movable half nut to move the table to the outer end.
5, close the power switch and motor switch, drawing head swirl/spin toggle the pressure bar to add weight until the piercing display light, and then put down the half open nut.
6, according to the generated circular roll line pattern determines the film adhesion.
Notice
• It is recommended to replace the steel needle with a new one when starting to use it.
• Steel stylus should be replaced after 5 uses.
• Make sure that the sample is firmly fixed during operation.
• When adding weight, it should be done slowly until the piercing display light is on.
• Professional judgment based on the circular scroll pattern.
