Overview
BENTING CBGL-2000B walk-in oven is a large vertical design oven. The shell of the box is made of high-quality steel plate treated by electrostatic spray, and the studio is made of stainless steel and treated by anti-corrosion process. 4. Type B adopts PID temperature controller and microcomputer temperature control, accurate temperature control, setting temperature through special function keys, auxiliary menu to achieve over-rise alarm, deviation correction, menu lock.
5. BE type is equipped with 5-inch Touchscreen, supports 100 groups of 100-segment program temperature control, Chinese and English interface switching, three-level password protection, with heating rate setting, over-temperature alarm, timing, restart recovery temperature and time memory, data recording and traceability, appointment timing switch, instrument error record preservation function. Standard USB interface, can record and export running temperature and time data in real time to ensure data traceability.
Principle
The oven generates heat through the stainless steel heating tube, and under the circulation of the fan, the hot air is evenly distributed in the working room to realize the heating and drying of the objects. Precise temperature control is carried out by PID or microcomputer program to ensure that the temperature in the box is stable within the set range.
Applications
It is suitable for industrial fields that require large-scale, programmed stoving, drying, heat treatment and other processes.

Steps
1. Connect the 380V 50HZ power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the control panel (Type B uses function keys, Type BE uses Touchscreen).
3. Put the items to be processed on the shelf in the studio.
4. Close the box door and lock it tightly to ensure sealing.
5. Start the device and start running.
6. During operation, the internal situation can be viewed through the observation window.
7. After the program runs or reaches the set time, the device stops heating.
8. After the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, open the door and take out the items.
9. (BE type) Operating data can be exported through the USB interface.
Notice
• Power Supply of the device is 380V 50HZ, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Before opening the door to pick up and place items, be sure to confirm that the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range to prevent burns.
• The maximum load-bearing capacity of the shelf is 50KG, please do not overload.
• Regularly clean the quick-release parts such as the side plate and bottom heating cover of the air duct to keep the air duct open.
Equipment is equipped with over-temperature alarm and independent temperature controller and other safety devices, in case of abnormal alarm, please check in time.
• Do not change the three-level password protection (type BE) or menu lock (type B) settings at will to prevent misoperation.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
