Overview
The YH600 haze meter is a professional measurement device that easily implements ASTM D1003 uncompensated, full light transmitance and haze testing. Its open sample compartment supports vertical and horizontal testing to accommodate a variety of samples under test. The instrument uses PD array detectors to meet the CIE V (lambda) 2 degree Visual Response, ensuring High Accuracy and repeability of light transmitance and haze data measurement.

Principle
The YH600 haze meter adopts transmission illumination mode, specifically 0/D (parallel light illumination, diffuse reflection reception). It uses a 400-700nm combination LED Illuminant and PD array detector to meet the CIE V (lambda) 2 degree visual Response, and realizes the accurate measurement of light transmitter and haze through the integrating sphere structure.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument and warm up for correction.
Select the measurement aperture (e.g. 20 mm, 15 mm, 8 mm or 4 mm).
3. Put the sample into the open sample compartment, support vertical or horizontal placement.
4. Set parameters and start measurement through Touchscreen.
5. After the measurement is completed, the data can be output through the USB interface or processed using analysis software.
Notice
• Instrument Operating Temperature range is 0-40 ° C, Storage Temperature range is -20-50 ° C.
The sample thickness should be less than 170mm.
• Before measurement, preheat the calibration instrument to ensure data accuracy.
• Power supply with DC 24V, 3A Power Adapter.
• Avoid operating in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments.
• Regularly check the Illuminant life, it is recommended to use no more than 3 million measurements within 5 years.
