Principle
This product uses silicon carbide rod as the heating element to generate high temperature. An intelligent temperature control system is adopted, and phase shift trigger control is carried out through thyristor to achieve precise adjustment of heating power. The furnace body adopts double-decked furnace shell and air insulation technology, and cooperates with the intelligent Air-Cooled system driven by thermal induction technology for heat dissipation. Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V).
2. Use the temperature control instrument to set the required temperature increase and decrease program (up to 30 segments).
3. Put the sample into the furnace.
4. Close the side-opening furnace door (when the device is powered on).
5. Start the heating program and the equipment starts working.
6. After the experiment, after the furnace body is chilled down, use the supporting tools (such as crucibletong, high temperature gloves) to remove the sample.
