TBJ-X3-DJ30 Fully Automatic Film Applicator is a custom laboratory multifunctional Film Applicator equipped with an automatic feeding system and magnetic stirring function. The effective Coating size is 300 * 400mm, supports bar and integrated Blade Coating, and the film thickness range is 1~ 571.5μm. The equipment adopts imported accessories, which ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader by controlling speed and stable pressure, and improve film reproducibility. It is widely used in R & D institutions and scientific research institutions.

Principle
The device achieves uniform Spreader by controlling the Spreader speed and the steady pressure applied to the Film Applicator. The automatic feeding system is driven by air source pressure for reciprocating linear motion, and the amount of material can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the discharge port speed. The Vacuum chuck system holds the substrate to ensure that the substrate does not move during the Spreader process, improving the conformity and reproducibility of the film.

Steps
1. Power on the device, check Vacuum chuck and feeding system
2. Place the substrate on the Vacuum chuck board and fix it
3. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) and set the parameters
4. Set coating speed, Travel and Thickness with Touchscreen
5. Start the automatic feeding system to adjust the air pressure and discharge volume
6. Start the Spreader process, the device automatically completes the film
7. After the Spreader, turn off the device and clean the parts
Notice
• Make sure the air source pressure is 0.6Mpa before use, and connect the φ 8 trachea
• The maximum pressure of Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, do not use overpressure
• Customized coating speed below 5mm/s to avoid equipment damage
• Regularly check the vacuum pump and charging system to ensure normal operation
• Pay attention to the heating temperature during operation to avoid burns
• Use appropriate tools when cleaning equipment to prevent scratching surfaces
