UV UV curing film Applicator Rxg-01/500uv is a roll-to-roll continuous film equipment with an effective application width of 500mm, equipped with UV ultraviolet curing function, curing length 1000mm, using Touchscreen control, dedicated to Spreader UV glue on release film.
Features

6. Use 2 inflatable shafts for easy loading and unloading of coils.
7. The coating method is scratch coating, which is suitable for coating UV glue on the release film.
Principle
The equipment adopts roll-to-roll continuous Spreader process, including unwinding, scraping, Laminating, UV curing, winding and other processes. The UV ultraviolet curing system irradiates the material after the Spreader through the UV light of the main peak wavelength of 365nm, and the light intensity is adjustable to realize the rapid curing of UV glue.

Steps
1. Unwinding: Release the coil through an unwinding system with tension control.
2. Scrape coating: Spreader UV glue on the release film by scraping.
3. Laminating: Laminating the material after Spreader.
4. UV curing: UV curing in the UV curing area (length 1000mm).
5. Winding: Winding the cured coil is completed.

• Power supply voltage of the equipment is three-phase 220V, Power 1.4KW, need to ensure that the power supply matches.
• The maximum discharge width is 550mm, and this limit must not be exceeded.
• The diameter of the material roll is 3 inches. Pay attention to safety when loading and unloading with an air-rising shaft.
• UV UV light intensity adjustable range is 1-30mw/cm ², set according to material requirements.
• The production speed is controlled within the range of 0-5m/min to avoid overspeed operation.
• Switches use aviation plugs and separate switches, and operate in accordance with electrical safety regulations.
