Overview
BaidaJUSHI LY-7012B 300KG Single Column Universal Testing Machine is a professional equipment for material mechanical performance testing. It is suitable for static load, tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, disbonding and other physical Mechanical Property testing of plastics, rubber, Wire and cable, steel and other materials. It is widely used in material development, teaching research and quality control fields.
Features
1. High Accuracy force value measurement, Precision up to +/- 0.01N, resolution of 1/200000.
2. Test speed in a wide range, adjustable from 0 to 500mm/min.
3. A variety of units are automatically switched, supporting force units such as kgf, gf, N, kN, lbf, and stress units such as MPa, kPa, kgf/cm2, and lbf/in2.
4. Safe shutdown mode, including upper and lower limit safety settings and sample breakpoint sensing.
5. Integrated micro printer for easy output of results.
6. Adopt speed regulating motor as Power system, stable operation.
Principle
Driven by a variable speed motor, the testing machine applies mechanical forces such as stretching and compression to the sample, uses High Accuracy Sensor measurement of force value changes, and combines with the Control system to achieve speed adjustment and safe shutdown, thereby completing the testing and data recording of material mechanical performance.
Applications
Plastic Sheet, Pipe, Profile, Plastic film, Rubber, Wire and cable, Steel, Fiberglass Dimension Materials Physical Mechanical Property Testing, Material Development, Physical Property Testing, Teaching Research, Quality control
Steps
Connect the power supply (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz).
2. Install the optional tensile fixture and secure the specimen.
3. Set test parameters, such as speed, shutdown mode, etc.
4. Start the test, and the equipment automatically applies force and records data.
5. After the test is completed, output the results through the micro-printer.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC220V requirements.
• Check whether the fixture is firmly installed before operation.
• Set appropriate upper and lower safety limits to prevent equipment overload.
• Maintain Power system and Sensors regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Avoid use in humid or corrosive environments.
