BaidaJUSHI LY-7012A 200KG Single Column Universal Testing Machine is a Universal Testing Machine used to test the mechanical properties of various materials such as static load, tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, disbonding, etc. The equipment is suitable for physical and Mechanical Property Testing of Plastic Sheet, Tube, Profile, Plastic film, Rubber, Wire and cable, Steel, Fiberglass Dimension and other materials. Principle
Single-column Universal Testing Machine is powered by a speed-regulated motor, applying mechanical forces such as stretching and compression to the specimen, using High Accuracy Sensor measurement of force value changes, and realizing speed adjustment and safe shutdown through the Control system. The test results can be output through a micro-printer to analyze the mechanical properties of the material.

Steps
Connect the power supply (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz) to ensure that the device is powered on.
2. Install the optional tensile fixture or Miscellaneous fixture to fix the specimen.
3. Set the test parameters, such as force value unit, stress unit, Test speed (0~ 500mm/min) and stop mode (upper and lower limit safety setting or test piece breakpoint sensing).
4. Start the equipment and test the mechanical properties such as tensile and compression.
5. After the test is completed, output the results through the micro printer.
6. Turn off the power and clean the equipment.
