BaidaJUSHI LY-7012C 1000KG Single Column Universal Testing Machine is a Universal Testing Machine for static load, tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, disbonding and other mechanical properties of various materials. The equipment is suitable for physical and Mechanical Property Testing of Plastic Sheet, Tube, Profile, Plastic film, Rubber, Wire and cable, Steel, Glass Fiber Dimension and other materials, and is widely used in material development, physical property testing, teaching research and quality control fields.

Principle
Single-column Universal Testing Machine drives the mechanical system through a speed-regulated motor to apply forces such as stretching, compression, and bending to the sample. High Accuracy Sensor is used to measure the change of force value, and real-time monitoring and recording data through the Control system. When the preset upper and lower limit safety settings or the specimen breakpoint are reached, the equipment automatically stops to ensure the safety and reliability of the testing process.

Steps
Connect the power supply (1PH, AC220V, 50/60Hz) to ensure that the equipment is well grounded.
2. Install the optional tensile fixture or Miscellaneous fixture and fix the specimen in the Test space.
3. Set the test parameters, such as force value unit, stress unit, Test speed (0~ 500mm/min) and stop mode (upper and lower limit safety setting or test piece breakpoint sensing).
4. Start the equipment, start the mechanical properties test, monitor the force value change and Travel.
5. After the test is completed, the device will automatically shut down and output the results through the micro printer.
6. Turn off the power and clean the device for next use.
Notice
• Power supply voltage check before operation meets AC220V requirements to avoid overload.
• When installing the fixture, ensure that the specimen is firmly fixed to prevent slippage or damage.
• When setting the upper and lower limit safety parameters, it should be adjusted reasonably according to the material characteristics to prevent the equipment from being overloaded.
• Avoid touching moving parts during testing to ensure personal safety.
• Regularly calibrate the Force Value Sensor to maintain Measurement accuracy.
• Disconnect the power supply when the device is not in use and store it in a drying environment.
