The LS197 is a multi-angle glossmeter with an ivory white engineering plastic shell, which is simple and elegant in design. The instrument is equipped with three Measurement Angles at 20 °, 60 ° and 85 °, which can simultaneously measure Glossiness at different angles. The range is up to 2000GU. It is suitable for high Glossiness and mirror reflection materials. Easy to operate, it can be measured immediately, no need to wait, and supports normal mode and QC mode. In QC mode, it can automatically determine whether the material Glossiness is qualified and improve the detection efficiency.

Principle
The LS197 glossmeter uses the multi-angle Optical inspection Measurement principle to emit D65 Illuminant at 20 °, 60 ° and 85 ° angles to illuminate the material surface. The receiver captures the reflected light intensity according to the Light spectrum Response Linear dispersion V (lambda) to calculate the Glossiness value. The instrument uses imported chips and Sensors, combined with a 50-point linear fitting algorithm to process the data to ensure measurement accuracy and Repeatability.

Steps
