Principle
The equipment forms a uniform coating on the surface of the substrate through two coating methods of bar and adjustable drawdown blade, the drawdown blade can be lifted and lowered to adjust the thickness of the Spreader, and the infinitely variable speed is used to control the coating speed to ensure film accuracy and conformity.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place on Glass Spreader
2. Select Bar or Blade Coating Method
3. Adjust Spreader Thickness and Rate Parameters
4. Start the device for Spreader operation
5. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
