TBJ-B2-DJ16 Desktop Automatic Film Applicator is a China small Spreader device with an effective coating area of 250 * 1000mm and a drawdown Bar & Blade coating method. The device is designed for heightening, with a countertop height of 600mm. The Spreader baseplate adopts high flat Glass, which is suitable for film and thick film material Spreaders, and can be applied to Glass, tinplate, film cardboard and other substrates.

Principle
The Film Applicator realizes Material Spreader through the cooperation of bar and drawdown blade. The equipment adopts a stepless speed control system, which can precisely adjust the coating speed according to needs. The drawdown blade can be lifted and lowered to adjust the thickness of the Spreader, and the uniform Spreader process can be completed on a high flat Glass plate.

Steps
1. Prepare Spreader Substrate and Place on Glass Spreader Table
2. Choose the right bar model according to your needs
3. Adjust drawdown blade height to desired Spreader thickness
4. Set coating speed parameters
5. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
6. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
