Overview
SHB-50K Digital Display Force Gauge is a small multi-functional High Accuracy Push-pull load test instrument produced by SUNDOO. It is suitable for push-pull load test, plug-in force test and failure test of various products. It has the characteristics of high digital display resolution and convenient use. It is a new generation of efficient and High Accuracy push-pull force test instrument.

Principle
The product uses an external structure of a hub-and-spoke Sensor, which senses the applied push and pull force through the Sensor and converts it into an electrical signal. After the electrical signal is processed, the measurement result is displayed on the digital display screen with high resolution (Graduation 0.01KN), and the measurement range is 10% to 100% of the maximum measurement value (50KN).

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (external DC5V adapter or use built-in battery).
2. Turn it on and set parameters such as unit, upper and lower limit alarm values, and automatic shutdown time as needed.
3. Connect the measured object to the Sensor for push-pull load test.
4. During the test, real-time values and peaks can be viewed, and multiple sets of data can be memorized to calculate the average value.
5. Test data can be transferred to a computer or printer via USB or RS-232C interface.
Notice
* Please make sure to use within the measurement range (10%~ 100% FS) to avoid overloading.
* Pay attention to power management. The built-in battery can be used continuously for about 40 hours. When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to shut down to extend the standby time (about three months).
* When using an external Power Adapter, use an adapter with a specification of DC5V/1000mA.
* Regularly check Sensors and Connections to ensure test accuracy.
* When setting the upper and lower limit alarm function, please set the deviation value reasonably according to the test requirements.
