TBJ-X2-DJ18 Automatic Film Applicator is a laboratory Film Applicator for bar, detachable drawdown blade and Vacuum chuck. It has UV curing function and is equipped with detachable drawdown blade. The drawdown blade is easy to disassemble, clean and replace. It is suitable for UV glue, UV ink, etc. By controlling the speed and stable pressure to ensure the gluing effect of Spreader, the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader gluing are guaranteed, and the reproducibility of the film is greatly improved.

Principle
The uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating are ensured by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the Film Applicator. Vacuum chuck is used to fix the substrate, combined with bar or drawdown blade for Spreader, and UV curing system is equipped for coating curing treatment.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and place it on the Spreader stage
2. Select bar or drawdown blade for installation
3. Set Spreader speed and parameters
4. Start the Vacuum chuck system to fix the substrate
5. Spreader operation
6. For curing, start the UV curing system

• Before Spreader, make sure that the substrate is fixed flat on the Spreader table
• Coating thickness requirements to select the appropriate bar or drawdown blade
• Pay attention to the Spreader Stability when operating
