TBJ-X3-DJ31 Automatic Film Applicator is a four-in-one multi-functional Film Applicator with automatic feeding function, equipped with 2 cartridges, Spreader size 300 * 400mm. The device adopts imported accessories to ensure the gluing effect of Spreader by controlling the speed and stable pressure. It is suitable for hot-melt adhesive, lithium battery, glue, Resin and other films, which can greatly improve the reproducibility of the film.

Principle
By controlling the speed of the Spreader and the stable pressure applied to the Film Applicator, the gluing effect of the Spreader is guaranteed, and the uniformity and stability of the gluing of the Spreader are ensured. The feeding system adopts the principle of outflow of air source pressure, and realizes automatic feeding by reciprocating linear motion. The amount of material can be adjusted by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place on Vacuum chuck board
2. Select the coating method (bar or drawdown blade) according to requirements
3. Set Spreader parameters (Speed, Thickness, Travel, etc.)
4. Start the automatic feeding system
5. Start Spreader with Touchscreen Control
6. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V 50HZ before use
• The air source pressure of the feeding system needs to reach 0.6Mpa
• The maximum pressure of Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, do not use overpressure
• Pay attention to the heating temperature during operation, the maximum does not exceed 180 ℃
• Regularly check the running status of all parts of the equipment
