GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-CO2-G (0-20% Vol) carbon dioxide detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. Standard configuration includes LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, support customized products and Output signal fine-tuning functions, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method. The detected signal is processed by MCU chip and converted into 4-20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switching signal output to realize accurate measurement and transmission of gas concentration.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. Connect Output signals to PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems as needed
5. Monitor the gas concentration data displayed on the LCDTFT display
6. Take appropriate safety measures according to the alarm prompts

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, need to ensure stable power supply
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm.
• Shielding must be connected to earth to ensure safety
• The explosion-proof form is explosion-proof, and the installation and use must meet the explosion-proof requirements
