GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-Ex-G (0-100% LEL) Ordinary Combustible Gas detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. Standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, provide customized products according to user requests, and also support Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects combustible gas by diffusion Sampling method. When the gas diffuses to the Sensor, the principle of catalytic combustion causes the electrical signal to change, and the corresponding concentration data is output after processing by the MCU chip.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect power DC24V (12V~ 30V)
3. Set the alarm value through the remote control
4. Zero and calibrate operations
5. Modify the address code as needed
6. Start the detector and start working
7. Monitor the display data and take corresponding measures according to the alarm prompts
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be maintained at 10-95% RH (no condensation)
• Sensors have a lifespan of 2 to 3 years and need to be replaced regularly according to the Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm.
• Shielding must be connected to the earth
• Explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof
• Electrical interface default M20X1.5 internal thread, optional 3/4NPT, 1/2NPT
• Optional Accessories are at the user's own expense
