GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-Ex-G (0-100% LEL) conventional combustible Gas detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. Standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, provide customized products according to user requests, and also support Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, detects the concentration of combustible gas by diffusion Sampling method, and converts the gas concentration into electrical signal output.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly; 2. Connect the power supply, Operating voltage is DC24V (12V~ 30V); 3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface; 4. Start the detector and monitor the gas concentration; 5. Access the PLC, DCS and other Control systems or remote platforms according to the Output signal.

• Working ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity is 10-95% RH (no condensation); • Sensor life is 2~ 3 years, depending on the Operating Environment; • Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth; • Explosion-proof form is Probe transmitter and Sensor are flameproof; • Optional Accessories include 220V to 24V Power Adapter, computer monitoring accessories, etc.; • Measurement certificate is optional, and the user pays for it.
