Overview
Methane detector (IR) is a GY/VGD-200-CH4-G (0-5% Vol) model product produced by GUOYUGRA. It adopts MCU chip low power consumption Modular design, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall explosion-proof (d) structure, fixed Installation method. Standard configuration includes LCD TFT high definition liquid crystal display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, supports customized products and Output signal fine-tuning, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The methane detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection and detects gas concentration by diffusion Sampling method. The detector processes data based on MCU chip to achieve High Accuracy signal output and stable performance.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure the fixed Installation method.
2. Connection cable: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core cable, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth.
3. Optional wireless transmission: built-in LORA, Zigbee module or external GPRS/4G module.
4. Power-on operation, voltage DC24V (12V~ 30V).
5. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other functions through the remote control free opening lid.
6. Output signal: 4-20mA, RS485, switch, etc., access to user computer, control alarm, PLC, DCS, DDC and other equipment.
