Overview
The ethane detector (infrared) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, and fixed Installation method. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition liquid crystal display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output. Customized products are provided according to user requests. Output signal fine-tuning and other functions are also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The ethane detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection, and detects the gas concentration through the diffusion Sampling method. The detected signal is processed by the MCU chip, and various signals such as 4-20mA, RS485, and switching quantity are output to achieve accurate measurement and remote monitoring of gas concentration.

Steps
1. Install the tester to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly.
2. Connect the power supply, Operating voltage is DC24V (range 12V~ 30V).
3. Set the alarm value, zero, calibrate, reset, modify the address code and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface.
4. Start the detector and observe the LCDTFT display to confirm the working status.
5. Connect Output signal (such as 4-20mA, RS485, switch) to PLC, DCS, DDC and other systems as needed.
6. Monitoring gas concentration, Response alarm indication.
Notice
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10-95% RH (no condensation).
When connecting cables, choose three-core Shielding cables for 4 to 20mA, four-core cables for RS485, and a single wire diameter of ≥ 1.5mm when the distance exceeds 1000 meters. Shielding layers are connected to the earth.
• Wireless transmission can be selected with built-in LORA, Zigbee module or external GPRS/4G module to ensure signal stability.
• Explosion-proof form: Probe Transmitters and Sensors are flameproof and need to be installed correctly in dangerous places.
• Sensors have a lifespan of about 10 years, depending on the Operating Environment, and require regular maintenance.
• Output signal can be selected from 4-20mA, RS485, voltage signal (0.4-2 V, 0-5V, 0-10V), switching quantity or wireless signal, configured according to requirements.
The alarm setting supports two-level alarms, which can be set to regular high and low alarms or interval control alarms.
