GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-CO-G (0-5000ppm) carbon monoxide detector (infrared) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. Standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, provide customized products according to user requests, and also support Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR detection, and detects carbon monoxide gas by diffusion Sampling method. The detection signal is processed by MCU chip to achieve accurate data conversion and stable signal output.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
4. Connect Output signals to PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems as needed
5. Monitoring Detection Data, Response Alarm Prompt
6. Regular maintenance and calibrating

• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
• When using a three-core Shielding cable, a single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm is required for transmission distances exceeding 1000 meters, and the Shielding layer needs to be grounded
