GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-H2S-G (0-500ppm) hydrogen sulfide detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output. Provide customized products according to user requests, and also support Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The hydrogen sulfide detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, and detects the H2S gas concentration in the environment through the diffusion Sampling method. The detector converts the detected gas concentration signal into 4-20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switching signal output through the MCU chip for data processing.

Steps
1. Install the detector at the detection point to ensure that the Sampling method is diffusion type
2. Power Supply DC24V (12V~ 30V)
3. Connect Output signal cable as required (3-core Shielding cable for 4~ 20mA, 4-core cable for RS485)
4. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control free opening lid
5. Start the detector and observe the LCDTFT display to confirm the working status
6. Connect alarm equipment or Control system as needed
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be controlled at 10-95% RH (no condensation)
• When the transmission distance exceeds 1000 meters, the diameter of a single wire should be ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer needs to be connected to the earth
