GUOYUGRA GY/VGD-200-NH3-G (0-100ppm) ammonia gas detector is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, customized products are provided according to user requests, and Output signal fine-tuning and other functions are also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The ammonia gas detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects NH3 gas by diffusion Sampling method. The detector converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the MCU chip, and outputs various signals such as 4-20mA, RS485, and switching quantity.

Steps
1. Install the detector to ensure that the electrical interface is connected correctly
2. Connect DC24V Power Supply
3. Alarm value setting, zero adjustment, calibrating and other operations through the remote control
4. Connect the Output signal to the receiving device (computer, control alarm, PLC, DCS, DDC, etc.)
5. Monitor the gas concentration data displayed on the LCDTFT display
6. Set Alarm mode and linkage control device as needed

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, DC24V is recommended
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm.
• Shielding must be connected to the earth
• Explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof
• Optional 220V to 24V Power Adapter
