Overview
Hydrogen detector GY/VGD-200-H2-G (0-100ppm) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. The standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, customized products are provided according to user requests, and Output signal fine-tuning and other functions are also supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The hydrogen detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection, and detects the hydrogen concentration by the diffusion Sampling method. The range is 0~ 100ppm (optional 500ppm, 1000ppm, 2000ppm, 40000ppm), resolution 0.1, detection error ≤ +/- 3% F. S, Repeatability ≤ +/- %, Linearity ≤ +/- 2%, Response Time ≤ 30S.

Steps
1. Carry out function menu operations such as alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrate, reset, and address code modification of the detector through remote control without opening the lid;
2. Connection cable: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth;
3. Wireless transmission: built-in LORA, Zigbee module for short-range wireless transmission, or external GPRS/4G module for remote data transmission to the cloud platform;
4. Alarm settings: Standard configuration of two-level alarm, can be set to conventional high and low alarm or interval control alarm.
