Overview
Helium detector GY/VGD-200-He-G (0-10% Vol) is a low-power Modular design using MCU chip, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, overall flameproof (d) structure, fixed Installation method detector. Standard configuration is LCDTFT high definition LCD display, three-wire system 4~ 20mA analog, RS485 digital and switching signal output, provide customized products according to user requests, and also support Output signal fine-tuning and other functions, convenient system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The helium detector adopts the principle of catalytic combustion detection and detects the helium concentration by diffusion Sampling method. The detector converts the detected gas concentration signal into 4~ 20mA analog signal, RS485 digital signal or switching signal output through MCU chip for data processing.

Steps
1. Install the detector and connect the power supply
2. Set the alarm value, zero adjustment, calibrating and other parameters through the remote control or Operating interface
3. Select Output signal type (4-20mA, RS485, switch, etc.)
4. Connect to PLC, DCS, DDC and other Control systems or stand-alone use
5. Set the remote alarm function as required
6. Regular calibrating and maintenance

• Operating voltage range is DC12V~ 30V, DC24V is recommended
• Working Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity 10-95% RH (non-condensing)
Sensor life is 2-3 years depending on Operating Environment
• Connecting cable selection: 4~ 20mA choose three-core Shielding cable, RS485 choose four-core, when the distance exceeds 1000 meters, the single wire diameter is ≥ 1.5mm, and the Shielding layer is connected to the earth
• Explosion-proof form is Probe Transmitter and Sensor are flameproof
• Electrical interface default M20X1.5 internal thread, optional 3/4NPT, 1/2NPT
• Optional Accessories include 220V to 24V Power Adapter, computer monitoring accessories, etc
